JAMB AND WINDOW FRAME
Made of 3-layer laminated timber, ensuring the stability of timber. Jamb thickness is 68 mm.
GLASS
The standard version features 2-layer EKO+ glass (selective glass) sealed unit (4-18-4 EKO+). It is also possible to use speciality glasses (selectyl, tinted, impact resistant glasses, etc.) and also 3-layer sealed units. Glazing is made from inside with wooden or plastic glazing beads. The sealed unit is sealed with silicone.
GLASS DIVISIONS
All window types come in three possible glass divisions:
- a glazing bar dividing the sealed unit (standard width of the glazing bar in wooden windows is 78 or 54 mm);
- a ghost bar to be fixed on the outer surface of the sealed unit (standard width in wooden window is 28 mm);
- a plastic bar integrated into the sealed unit (standard width is 18 mm).
SHUTTERS
Windows and balcony doors manufactured by us are provided with ROTO shutters manufactured in Germany. We are using the ROTO system, which enables opening window panes in turn-tilt (DK), turn (D) or tilt opening position (Kipp). Standard shutters enable use of turn-tilt (DK) and turn opening position (D) with four-squared window panes with a width of 420-1600 mm and height of 485-2400 mm. In case of window panes with other sizes, please consult AS RehPol engineers. Besides four-squared windows turn-tilt and turn opening position is also possible with arched windows and windows with the shape of a right triangle. The bearing capacity of standard shutters is 100 kg and special shutters up to 130 kg. Shutters are electroplated with zinc and cadmium compounds. They are weather proof and lubricated before installation. All shutter joints are adjustable. In case of a ROTO shutter type DK, a window pane closes from three sides and in case the shortest side of the window pane is over 1000 mm long, from four sides. As an option, simple child safety locks or lockable handles can be ordered, as well as shutters with an advanced safety system (4 different classes).
WINDOW SEALS
OOpening windows are sealed around the central roller. Weather proof silicone rubber seals are used.
FINISHING
All wooden details are pre-treated with timber preservation agents. Final finishing includes a 2-layer powder coating with special window paints or glazes from leading manufacturers in Europe. Similar profiles are used for manufacturing balcony doors, hinge-mounted and lift windows.
